Tyler founded MovingForwards in 2023, wanting to share his knowledge within the health and fitness space to help others.
Struggling with severe mental health problems in his youth and eventually developing agoraphobia to the point where he couldn’t leave his home, Tyler set about implementing any and all positive change he could to try and remedy his situation. Through his numerous years of research, Tyler discovered numerous scientifically-backed changes that helped him live a happier life.
Fast forward to today and Tyler now has extensive expertise in the fitness and mental health spheres and looks to help people improve themselves both physically and mentally. Having authored three insightful books on self-improvement, spearheaded the initiative of MovingForwards, carved a niche in digital marketing, and relentlessly pursued personal development, Tyler aims to improve people’s lives and share his knowledge with others.
